Pricing FAQ
- Which plans include HiBob and other HR integrations?
- The HiBob connector (calendar signals into Festivo calendars, apply, publish, and supported time-off flows) is available from Growth upward on the same workspace as the API and portal. Explorer and Builder do not include HiBob. Other vendors are outlined on HR & calendar integrations; ask sales what is in scope for your program. Titan bundles and pilots are available through the enterprise team.
- How do team seats and invitations work?
- Each subscription is tied to one workspace. Your plan includes a maximum number of team members; both active members and pending invitations count toward that limit. When someone accepts an invite, they become a member and still occupy a seat. Upgrade to add more seats, or revoke unused invites to free capacity. The free Developer (Explorer) tier includes one team seat and one API key. Paid plans add more seats (see comparison table), and from Builder upward you can create unlimited API keys for that workspace.
- Do unused requests roll over?
- No, unused requests do not roll over to the next period. Each billing period starts fresh.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
- Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.
- What happens if I exceed my limit?
- API requests will return a 429 status code once you exceed your daily limit. You can upgrade your plan to continue using the service.
- Is there a free trial for paid plans?
- Yes, all paid plans come with a free trial. No credit card required to start.
- Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
- Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
- Do you offer discounts for non-profits or students?
- Yes, we offer special discounts for non-profits and students. Please contact us for details.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards, SEPA Direct Debit, and purchase orders on Pro, Titan, and qualifying enterprise agreements.
- Is VAT included in the prices?
- All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added where applicable based on your location.
- Can I get a custom plan for my company?

- How do I get an invoice for my purchase?
- Invoices are automatically generated and can be downloaded from your account dashboard after each payment.
- Where do I get help?

- What happens if I need more requests than my plan allows?
- You can upgrade your plan at any time, or contact us for a custom solution if you need even higher limits.
- Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
